One of our clients are looking for an experienced Cluster Team Manager to oversee multiple supported living services in Essex. This role involves managing and supporting staff teams, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining compliance across services supporting individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of several supported living services
- Lead, support, and develop staff teams to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and support plans are implemented effectively
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
- Liaise with families, commissioners, and external professionals
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
- Previous experience managing or supervising staff teams
