We are seeking dedicated Support Worker professionals to join our established care provider, supporting adults with profound learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs within residential and supported living services near Chorley.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support

  • Promote independence, dignity and choice
