The Role: As a Secure Care Worker, you will be a vital part of a dedicated team, helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during difficult times. You’ll be providing hands-on care and support, engaging with them in day-to-day activities, education, and health-related matters. You’ll also have the chance to focus on either ‘intervention work’ or ‘activity work’, depending on your interests and strengths.
