We are recruiting for a

Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a specialist two-bed assessment home in Buxton, supporting young people through trauma-informed and therapeutic care.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established provider and lead a service focused on delivering positive outcomes, stability and emotional wellbeing for children and young people.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards and Children’s Homes Quality Standards while leading and developing a dedicated care team.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience within a Children’s Residential Home
  • Leadership or management experience within residential childcare
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Experience of Ofsted inspections
  • Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge
  • Full UK Driving Licence
