Are you an experienced Employee Relations Advisor looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re working with a leading provider of residential care and education for young people, known for innovation, strong values, and a people-first culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive HR team where you’ll be trusted to manage ER cases, guide managers, and influence best practice across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances & investigations
- Supporting and coaching managers on HR policies & employment law
- Handling absence, probation & flexible working cases
- Analysing HR data and identifying trends
- Supporting policy development and HR best practice
- Using HR systems including Sage People
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Employee Relations / HR Advisory
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
