Team Leader - Children's Residential Care Ebbw Vale Salary upto £39,384 | Full Time | Permanent We're recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a children's residential service in Ebbw Vale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager who is looking to further develop their leadership career within children's residential care. The Role Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll help lead the home, support staff development, maintain high standards of care, and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.
