Registered Manager β Children\βs Residential
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to Β£48,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We\βre looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children\βs home in Cardiff. You\βll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment.
You\βll support young people with complex needs, including Autism, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
What You\βll Do
- Lead the home in line with RISCA, safeguarding, and inspection frameworks
- Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and development
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer
- Oversee care planning, behaviour support, and risk management
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Drive continuous improvement and service development
What We\βre Looking For
- Level 5 Health and Social Care β Children & Young People
- Registered with Social Care Wales and DBS Update Service (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years\β experience managing a children\βs residential home (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, HR, and regulatory standards
- Experience supporting children with Autism, EBD, and CSE
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
