Governance Advisor 12 Month Contract, Cardiff

Brook Street is working with an established client seeking a Governance Advisor on a full-time basis. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working (Wednesday as the core on-site day).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance on complex governance issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and advise on the governance framework.
  • Take and present high-level minutes.
  • Resolve issues within the governance function.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional level of English.
  • Experience in minute taking and presenting.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders at board level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
