OFSTED β INSPECTION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR β UP TO Β£12.36 PER HOUR β HYBRID WORKING
Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for 4 administrators to join the Inspection Support team on a temporary basis.
Our client, OFSTED, offers a flexible working option of 3 days in a modern office environment and 2 days remote work per week after training.
The role is temporary, initially until the end of 2025, full-time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
The office is located at Loxley House, with good transport links.
As an inspection support administrator, you will provide end-to-end inspection support, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment, following set processes to meet targets.
Your duties may include:
- Preparing for inspections by gathering information from multiple systems.
- Notifying providers about upcoming inspections.
- Being a point of contact during and after inspections, including report publication.
The team supports various inspection types within education and social care sectors.
Ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and thrive in a busy team environment, aiming to deliver quality support within deadlines.
