Based at Beaconsfield, this is a permanent position with a salary of £37,350 plus additional overtime. It is a key role within the factory responsible for raw material planning, manufacturing operations, and distribution of the finished product. You will also be responsible for the daily planning of all raw material deliveries and the delivery fleet.
Daily direct contact with our customer base will allow you to deliver a market-leading service for both product delivery and equipment servicing.
Key Responsibilities:- You will be trained to operate state-of-the-art systems and plant equipment, becoming a skilled plant operator and team leader.
- You will be responsible for production planning, ordering raw materials, and producing finished products to meet a demanding order book.
- You will lead your production team and supervise both the delivery and service teams, ensuring a high level of service.
- You will ensure quality assurance testing is carried out in line with certified quality procedures.
- A good work ethic is essential.
- Good computer literacy is required along with excellent communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday alternating weekly - Morning 06.00 - 14.30 / Afternoons 13.30 - 22.00.
- The company will provide additional training.
