Administrative Assistant β Personal Insolvency Team (Insolvency Service)

Pay Rate :
Β£12.34 per hour (weekly pay)
Working Hours :
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in start and finish times

ASAP β Currently running for 6 months with the possibility to extend
About the Role :
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Personal Insolvency Team within the Insolvency Service\βs Business Services Division. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to support our operational delivery team, which plays a key role in providing administrative and customer service functions to the public.
You will be processing applications for debt relief and responding to queries from customers, including members of the public and debt advice organisations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process applications and claims from members of the public
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to a wide range of enquiries
- Input and update information in databases and case management systems
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment
Skills and Experience Required :
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Clear and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
- Competent IT user with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
