Administrator Role – West Bromwich
Our Public Sector client based in West Bromwich is currently looking for an Administrator to support their team. This is a temporary 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension, paying £15.00 per hour. The role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and is currently fully onsite.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing effective administrative support to the department
- Working independently and as part of a team to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and external contacts
- Collating information on spreadsheets, updating SharePoint files, and maintaining databases
- Creating purchase orders, logging timesheets, and maintaining filing systems
- Ordering supplies, supporting meetings, and following up on reports
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive working methodology
This role requires a DBS check and three years of referencing.
