Customer Sales Advisor – Remote (UK Mainland Only)

  • £24,500 plus average bonus earning potential of £7,800 per annum
  • £32,300 total potential earnings per year
  • Work from home

Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
  • Between the hours of 8am – 8pm, Monday to Sunday

The role of Customer Sales Advisor:

  • Recruiting Inbound Customer Sales Advisors offering great work-life balance.
  • Work from home and complete comprehensive training (5 weeks, initial 2 weeks Mon-Fri: 9am – 5:30pm).
  • First port of call for customers renewing or cancelling plans.
  • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs, and put their interests first.
  • Use sales and communication skills to upsell products.

The ideal Customer Sales Advisor:

  • Telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
  • 1 year\’s continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.
  • Driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills, love for hitting targets.
  • Great communication skills, ease with building rapport, listening, and empathy.
