Role Overview
To provide high quality local management for specific education services/contracts ensuring successful service coordination including all operational elements and ongoing delivery. To provide high quality management support and supervision to Brook staff and volunteers who deliver education & wellbeing services. To work collaboratively to ensure Brook is aware of and accessing service and business developmental opportunities.
Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of four Education and Wellbeing Specialists to deliver high quality Relationships and Sex Education and outreach services across Camden and Islington as well as supporting other education services in London. They will work with a wide range of stakeholders in schools, alternative education providers, youth services, universities, colleges, clinics and more to promote safer sex and healthier relationships in an inclusive and culturally competent manner. They will provide high quality leadership to a team of skilled practitioners.
