We are looking for a passionate Account Director. Attention to detail and client service are at your core.

  • Can lead and grow key accounts
  • Is responsible for developing Brood’s long term relationships with their clients (at all levels)
  • Delivers high quality business strategies for clients to help them meet their marketing objectives
  • Evaluates creative output against the creative brief
  • Ensures their accounts are profitable and growing
  • Leads a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Is flexible and collaborative
  • Understands financial management
  • Knows their brands and therapy areas inside out
  • Keeps updated on changes in the NHS and the impact on the pharmaceutical/health and wellbeing industries
  • Wants to help us grow the business

Monday – Friday 9am-5. Our HQ is Botanica Ditton Park, a stone’s throw from Junction 5 of the M4. We have a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two working from home.
