Brood is a creative agency specialising in health & wellness. We work with brands that improve lives — and only in therapy areas we feel a genuine personal connection to. We call them Brands That Matter.
We are looking for a passionate Account Director. Attention to detail and client service are at your core. You can lead and grow key accounts and are responsible for developing Brood’s long term relationships with clients (at all levels). You will deliver high quality business strategies for clients to help them meet their marketing objectives, evaluate creative output against the creative brief, and ensure accounts are profitable and growing.
You will lead a team to provide the utmost level of client service, be flexible and collaborative, understand financial management, and know your brands and therapy areas inside out. You will keep updated on changes in the NHS and the impact on the pharmaceutical/health and wellbeing industries, and want to help us grow the business.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Our HQ is Botanica Ditton Park, a stone’s throw from Junction 5 of the M4. We have a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two working from home.
