Now we're looking for a Project Manager who wants to play a central role in making this happen.

What you'll leadIn this role, you will:
- Support the Head of Portfolio & Performance to deliver a highâquality project management service that supports change across Bron Afon.
- Champion modern, practical delivery approaches âiterative working, dataâdriven decisions, and strong governanceâto ensure projects land successfully and sustainably.
- Drive cultural and organisational change, helping teams build shared accountability, adopt better ways of working, and feel confident navigating change.
- Shape ICT and corporate projects that enhance both internal operations and the experience of colleagues and customers.
You'll succeed here if you can show experience of:
- Leading a variety of ICT and corporate projects.
- Delivering ICT project management or business analysis consultancy to nonâICT teams.
- Gathering, interpreting, and evaluating information to help shape new solutions.
- An attitude for customer focussed design and delivery.
