Internal Communications Manager Hybrid - Craven Arms Up to £43,462.50 per annum At Connexus, we know that great communication is key to building a connected, informed and high-performing organisation. As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the delivery of engaging, clear and consistent internal communications that support our people, culture and priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional who is passionate about engagement, storytelling and our colleague experience. Youll lead the delivery of internal communications activity, ensuring messages are clear, aligned and impactful across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering internal communications and engagement campaigns.
- Maintaining and developing digital channels including a SharePoint intranet and Viva Engage.
- Supporting the development and delivery of messaging, as well as improving leadership visibility and colleague engagement.
- Coordinating content and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Working with teams across the organisation to support change and culture initiatives.
- Using data and insight to measure impact and continuously improve communications.
About you
Were looking for someone who can deliver engaging communications and translate complex ideas into clear messaging. You will have:
- Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or organisational communications.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience delivering campaigns and managing digital communication platforms.
- The ability to analyse engagement data and use insight to improve performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
Qualifications
Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field (or equivalent experience). Professional qualifications or membership (e.g. CIPR/CIM) desirable but not essential.
