Having warm, safe, and well-maintained homes is one of our customer's top priorities. To do this, we need to manage lots of information and communicate effectively. We need two Asset Management Administrators to join our team to ensure that both responsive repairs and planned maintenance are carried out effectively.
The role involves coordinating between teams, contractors, and suppliers to help deliver services that meet high standards and keep everything compliant and on track through to completion and invoicing. These roles are about customer care and creating a positive experience for our customers. Through attention to detail, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, you'll play a key part in exceeding expectations.
About you:
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual with demonstrable experience of using different IT systems and packages (specifically Word and Excel). A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential, along with the ability to work accurately, collaboratively, and with resilience. Although not essential, experience within a social housing environment would be an advantage. However, what we really need is commitment and enthusiasm, with customers at the heart of what you do.
