We will provide training to ensure you are able to:

  • Answer and respond to emergency Lifeline calls, helping people to live their lives independently
  • Answer and respond to calls in relation to various Councils’ emergency services and housing repairs when the offices have closed
  • Proactively monitor CCTV within North Worcestershire and produce evidence for the Police

We are looking for bright, customer focused individuals, with a flair for problem solving and who can:

  • Safeguard vulnerable individuals - demonstrating empathy, compassion and respect at all times
  • Respond calmly, confidently and decisively to incidents and emergency situations
  • Effectively assess risks and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately assess visual and audible information to support decision making
  • Produce and maintain accurate and timely incident reports and associated documentation
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills and confidence using different systems

Join our team and you will make a difference to the safety of our residents, including some of the most vulnerable people. The position is predominantly based within our 24-hour Monitoring Centre in Redditch, with occasional travel to our site in Bromsgrove.

If you’d like to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment, where no two days are the same, then this is the team for you!
