Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our Compliance Officers; the post holder will lead the operational development and implementation of improvements in health & safety across the Housing Property Services section and ensure high standards of safety and welfare are achieved.
  • The post holder will be responsible for building a positive and proactive attitude and culture throughout the business.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in project management and health and safety management
  • Experience in the management of Voids, Repairs & Maintenance, Equipment & Adaptation
  • Experience of the management and monitoring of revenue contracts
  • Professional qualification in the fields of Health and Safety, project management, and training delivery
