Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Compliance Officers; the post holder will lead the operational development and implementation of improvements in health & safety across the Housing Property Services section and ensure high standards of safety and welfare are achieved.
- The post holder will be responsible for building a positive and proactive attitude and culture throughout the business.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in project management and health and safety management
- Experience in the management of Voids, Repairs & Maintenance, Equipment & Adaptation
- Experience of the management and monitoring of revenue contracts
- Professional qualification in the fields of Health and Safety, project management, and training delivery
