The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
As and when needed Monday to Friday to cover any shifts or extra workload. We are seeking reliable, dependable, self-motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Facilities Caretaking Team. The role will require working a shift system (early mornings/evenings to cover shifts when required).
Key areas of the post:
- To provide caretaking duties and support the Facilities Team Leader in the day-to-day operation of the Council's office buildings in Parkside Bromsgrove and the Town Hall Redditch and other associated buildings as and when required.
- Key holding duties.
- General knowledge of IT to provide assistance and support for Council meetings in accordance with Room Bookings and as directed.
- Supervision/support for the cleaning team.
- Exceptional customer focused skills.
- General porterage duties.
- Good communication skills.
