Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. Part of this role will be to assist in planning of work, monitoring health and safety compliance, managing issues within the team, site checks for safety, inspection of reported issues and interacting with the public and the day-to-day operational needs of the team.
Aspects of the role will include supporting the team coordinators in delivering the services, monitoring health and safety compliance and quality standards of the team as they work across the district to deliver our wide range of services.
Ideally a good understanding of the district and what the district council does will also help you to develop your knowledge and skills. The right candidate will have a flexible and adaptable character that can bring a calm and constructive approach to all their work.
