The role involves recruiting a Multi skilled carpenter who will be responsible for carrying out carpentry installations and repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across the Borough of Redditch.
Key Requirements- Carry out carpentry works and repairs and maintenance to residential and void properties.
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including repair/replacement of components.
- Repair and maintain wooden and UPVC doors and windows and lock changes etc.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
- Work on various general maintenance tasks as required.
- Relevant carpentry qualifications and certification.
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling, floor tiling, plumbing etc.
