We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production operation at our site in Catterick, North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
• Lead, motivate, and train a talented team of laundry professionals (30+).
• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in laundry operations with a background in a management role.
• Exceptional personnel management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of laundry processes, equipment, and quality control.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Hours of work: Mon – Friday 7am – 4pm

Relocation package considered if required.
