We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who’s excited by change, driven by purpose, and ready to shape how learning happens at Brompton. This role is about more than delivering training - it’s about building capability, unlocking potential, and preparing our people for what’s next. You’ll lead the business plan and execution of our digital learning experience, manage key external partnerships, and drive initiatives that support early careers, future skills, and lifelong learning. You’ll also play a key role in shifting mindsets across the business - helping people take ownership of their development and grow their careers with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Delivery
- Design and deliver learning experiences that build confidence, capability, and connection.
- Lead our global onboarding and induction experience, ensuring every new joiner feels set up for success, irrespective of location, language and entity.
- Develop and embed manager and leadership development programmes that reflect our culture and ambition.
- Collaborate with People Ops to partner with leaders to understand development needs and translate them into practical, engaging learning.
- Champion a skills-first approach to learning, using skill intelligence to identify capability gaps and build the skills we need to grow, innovate and adapt to market demands.
- Own the frameworks and tools that support organisational readiness – ensuring learning is a driver of business transformation and future capability.
- Lead initiatives that encourage self-directed learning and personal ownership of development.
- Digital Learning Experience
- Own and evolve the digital ecosystem, ensuring it is personalised, on brand with our EVP, data-led, engaging and continuously improving – with the ability to deliver actionable insights to leaders.
- Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (Workday), ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engaging.
- Use data to track engagement, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies - including AI - to enhance learning delivery and experience.
- Partnerships & Programmes
- Develop strategic partnerships with partners and providers who bring innovation, niche expertise and scalable solutions to support our evolving learning needs.
- Design and deliver graduate programmes, internships, and early careers initiatives.
- Lead our approach to apprenticeships, ensuring we make the most of the levy to grow and develop our people.
- Develop and support mentoring programmes and career development initiatives across the business.
- Track learning spend and supplier performance, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate value.
