Quality Engineer

Job title: AFAC Quality Engineer (Steel Manufacturing) Department: Quality Responsible to: Senior Quality Engineer Hours: 40 Hours The Role As the Quality Engineer responsible for the Steel Manufacturing Factory, you will lead quality assurance activities across all steel frame manufacturing operations. You will ensure the delivery of high quality components by developing and maintaining quality systems, supporting new product introduction, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and RFT performance. This role requires a practical, data driven approach with a strong understanding of dimensional control, process validation, and compliance with ISO 9001. You will also be responsible for leading and managing one Quality Technician to support daily inspection tasks and frontline quality engagement on the shop floor.
