Job Overview
Join our team as Head of Catering and contribute to the culinary excellence of our establishment. We are looking for an individual with a passion for food preparation and kitchen operations to assist in creating delicious meals.
Working Times may vary but only open Fri to Mon 8.00 to 4.00 (sociable hours no evenings).

Duties
- Preparing and cooking various dishes from our menu, Breakfast, Brunch and Light Lunches. Main days Friday to Monday day time hours only
- Aid in menu planning and estimating food quantities needed.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations during all stages of food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate closely with the FOH Staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals.
Skills
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to assist in meal preparation, catering, and cooking tasks.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and meal presentation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene is preferred but not essential as we can offer this as initial training.
