We are looking for a motivated professional tennis coach to be part of a growing team of coaches delivering a comprehensive tennis programme at the club. The successful candidate will be required to grow their own business as well as delivering a mix of sessions for the club including Mini Tennis, Junior Performance, Junior development and recreational groups.
As a Tennis Coach with us you have the opportunity to earn generously in a model that is based around rewarding you, starting with paid group hours in addition to your 1-2-1 sessions. There is also an opportunity to coach padel if you wish to do so with demand through the roof!
About us: Bromley Sports Club, located in the middle of Bromley (BR1), is a multi sports club with Tennis, Cricket, Squash, Padel and soon to be Pickleball. We have 3 padel courts, 10 Tennis courts - 4 grass, 2 clay, 2 acrylic (covered by a bubble September - April), 2 tarmac and 2 mini tennis red courts plus a large clubhouse with a thriving bar area showing sky sports and BT Sport. Our coaching programme has over 400 players ranging from tots tennis to national players and we are looking to expand this further. This is an extremely exciting time at the club as we recently have invested over Β£500,000 in club facilities this year including 2 Padel Courts, 2 Clay Courts with the plan to invest another Β£100,000 next year.
What weβre looking for: We are looking for a self-motivated coach (minimum level 2). The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum Level 2 coach with DBS, First aid, and accredited
- Minimum of 2 years coaching experience
- Good playing standard
- Willing to coach a range of players (Mini red through to performance)
- Good organisation skills
- A go and get attitude who builds their own business
- Level 3 or above
- Experience of coaching performance tennis players
- 5 plus years experience
- Referee licence
- Driving licence
