Detailed job description and main responsibilities:

Bromley Healthcare has recently redefined its values with a strong focus on the healthcare and well-being of both colleagues and patients. We have our own staff physio and access to an in-house counselling service, to name just a few of the initiatives set out to support our well-being. Our 'belonging' value focuses on building a community where inclusivity and diversity are celebrated and colleagues feel psychologically safe to bring their authentic selves to work. Our aim is for everyone to be listened to and have an equal opportunity to flourish.
