We are seeking an experienced, SCPHN-qualified practitioner to join Bromley Healthcare's Children's Safeguarding Team as a Children's Safeguarding Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional with a passion for safeguarding children and improving outcomes for families. Working across a range of multi-agency settings, you will support the delivery of local and national safeguarding priorities, legislation and best practice. You will provide expert safeguarding advice, supervision, training and professional leadership to staff, promoting high-quality, child-centred practice across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing safeguarding advice and support to Bromley Healthcare staff.
  • Delivering safeguarding supervision in line with organisational policy.
  • Designing and delivering safeguarding training.
  • Supporting information sharing through the MASH/Children and Families Hub.
  • Contributing to MARAC processes.
  • Promoting safeguarding learning, best practice and continuous improvement.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to children and families while working within a supportive, innovative and forward-thinking safeguarding team. Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults. Salary is dependent on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
