We are currently seeking Nursing Rehab Assistants to join our dynamic and friendly team, who are patient-focused and thrive on providing quality care, to work within our Home Pathway Rehabilitation Service. You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Rehabilitation Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.
Your role would be to assist patients with personal care and their activities of daily living, and help them with their rehabilitation. This role will entail:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as washing and dressing and meal preparation
- Rehabilitation in the form of home exercise plans
- Taking patient observations
This role will be suitable for candidates who have a background in healthcare. We are not looking for clinical qualifications: we will give you all the training you need. Additionally, we will give you all the support you need to advance and grow your career.
For this opportunity you will need a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that you are able to use for work purposes. You should be willing to work towards the completion of the care certificate.
