We are seeking two Non‑Executive Directors: Audit & Finance and Digital Transformation.
Audit and Finance Non‑Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Chair the Audit and Risk Committee
- Ensure robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant
- Senior experience in finance, audit, risk or assurance within complex or regulated environments
Digital Transformation Non‑Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Lead or influence technology‑enabled change
- Help the organisation use digital systems and data to improve quality, safety, efficiency and the experience of patients, staff and partners
Qualifications:
- Experience of leading or influencing major digital systems or platforms
- Understanding of user experience, patient safety and organisational capacity
