We are seeking two Non‐Executive Directors: Audit & Finance and Digital Transformation.

Audit and Finance Non‐Executive Director

  • Responsibilities:
    • Chair the Audit and Risk Committee
    • Ensure robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance
  • Qualifications:
    • Qualified accountant
    • Senior experience in finance, audit, risk or assurance within complex or regulated environments

Digital Transformation Non‐Executive Director

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead or influence technology‐enabled change
    • Help the organisation use digital systems and data to improve quality, safety, efficiency and the experience of patients, staff and partners
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience of leading or influencing major digital systems or platforms
    • Understanding of user experience, patient safety and organisational capacity
