An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Leadership team within Bexley 0-19, for experienced SCPHNs who wish to pursue a career in management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Professional leadership and day-to-day operational management of a Bexley 0-19 Health Visiting team.
- Manage the clinical and operational requirements of the team, provide professional advice, including safeguarding and clinical input within their area of practice.
- Work with Service Lead and other Locality Leads to improve standards and promote good practice and clinical effectiveness within the Bexley 0-19 Children’s Public Health Service.
- Provide visible leadership to the team.
- Work closely with the Head of Public Health Nursing, Service Lead, and other Locality Leads in Bromley, Greenwich, and Bexley boroughs to continually enhance standards and clinical effectiveness.
