The Bexley Health visiting service is looking for enthusiastic and versatile Health Visitors who are keen to develop their leadership skills and shape the future of Public Health Nursing in Bexley.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of families, working to identify need, providing support, and offering early intervention packages where needs are identified.
- Adopting a Think Family approach to safeguarding, with the aim of keeping children safe and well.
- Utilising embedded skills and knowledge, as well as clinical judgement, to implement evidence‑based care planning and support packages to families.
Qualifications
- Proven Health Visiting experience required.
