Responsibilities include providing high quality wound care intervention for community patients. You will line manage and work as part of a team, with a community-focused clinical caseload responsible for foot and ankle diagnosis. Networking with a multidisciplinary team approach is essential to deliver best practice care for outstanding outcomes. You will develop and expand the podiatry service with a small team of podiatrists.

Professional interdisciplinary networking with services such as KCH and PRUH diabetic foot teams, and vascular services is required. Manage clinical and domiciliary caseloads, remote monitoring via minuteful wounds app, and maintain regular contact with nursing teams. Organise and manage caseloads, and coordinate responsive and dynamic care.

Demonstrate Bromley Healthcare values, promote patient empowerment and education, and provide excellent communication and assessment skills. Take part in clinical supervision and CPD activities, including in-house training and external training sessions.

Qualifications: HCPC Registered Podiatrist with postgraduate experience in wound and line management. Broad experience in wound care, highly motivated, flexible, and able to line manage. Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills to deliver a range of podiatry interventions. Expertise in podiatry, with the ability to provide education to patients and other clinical staff. Experience managing a small team, coordinating best patient care, and presenting case discussion and research at team and MDT meetings.
