We are seeking a qualified podiatrist to provide expert foot and ankle care across our network. The role involves traveling to GP surgeries, working within the community podiatry service, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Have broad experience in varying fields of podiatry and use a holistic approach when assessing new patients to signpost appropriately.
  • See varied foot conditions, provide foot and ankle diagnosis, and expertly advise and signpost patients.
  • Travel across the network and work within different GP surgeries, with some direct podiatry intervention opportunity alongside the community podiatry service.
  • Network and liaise with GP surgery staff and other services (Vita Health, KCH orthopaedics, children's physiotherapy services) in an MDT approach.
  • Provide best practice care with outstanding outcomes for patients.
  • Provide education to patients and clinical staff, share knowledge with the wider team, and present case discussions and research at team and MDT meetings.
  • Maintain best practice and demonstrate Bromley Healthcare values and patient empowerment through communication and education.

Qualifications

  • HCPC Registered Podiatrist with post graduate experience.
  • High motivation, excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Ability to provide patient and staff education.
  • Correctly signpost to support services.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and managing foot and ankle conditions.
