We’re looking for a dynamic Improvement Programme Manager to join our Transformation Directorate and lead ambitious programmes that improve patient outcomes and deliver real value. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver complex projects that support our organisational priorities, working closely with clinical teams, corporate services, and system partners. If you thrive on collaboration, innovation, and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity to help transform the way we deliver care.

Interviews expected to be held on 23rd/24th September but date could change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business cases
  • Managing risks
  • Tracking benefits realisation
  • Reporting progress to senior stakeholders
  • Engaging with internal and external partners
  • Influencing decision-making
  • Leading programme assurance reviews
  • Providing expert advice on programme management
  • Coaching project leads
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
