Overview

We are seeking an experienced, SCPHN‑qualified practitioner to join Bromley Healthcare’s Children’s Safeguarding Team as a Children’s Safeguarding Advisor.

The role is a permanent position of 37.5 hrs per week, based in Bromley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing safeguarding advice and support to Bromley Healthcare staff.
  • Delivering safeguarding supervision in line with organisational policy.
  • Designing and delivering safeguarding training.
  • Supporting information sharing through the MASH/Children and Families Hub.
  • Contributing to MARAC processes.
  • Promoting safeguarding learning, best practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experienced in safeguarding children with a valid SCPHN qualification.
  • Proven ability to deliver safeguarding advice, supervision, training and professional leadership.
  • Salary & Benefits

Band 7 – £55,524 – £62,652 inc HCAS per annum pro rota.
