Full‐time role

Experienced podiatrist required to lead wound care in a community setting. The role includes delivering high‐quality foot and ankle care, managing a small team, and collaborating with an MDT.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions with a focus on wound care
  • Manage a community‐based caseload, including domiciliary care and remote wound monitoring
  • Line‐manage a small team of podiatrists and provide clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with MDT partners (diabetes, vascular, nursing) and external services such as KCH and PRUH
  • Deliver patient education and promote self‐management and empowerment
  • Present case discussions and research at team and MDT meetings
  • Maintain best practice, demonstrate Bromley Healthcare values, and support continuous professional development
Qualifications
  • HCPC registered podiatrist
  • Post‐graduate experience in wound and line management
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills for a range of podiatry interventions
  • Experience leading or working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills
