Overview

HR Manager role at Bromley Healthcare CIC. Hybrid working is available, with a requirement to attend the HR office and various BHC estates as required.

Salary: £53,751 - £60,651 inclusive of HCAS

Interviews expected to be held week commencing 22 September.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on the HR Strategy and strategic projects such as organisational change management.
  • Work with line managers and staff, providing high quality HR advice and guidance.
  • Undertake coaching and training of line managers and carry out in-depth reporting and analysis of people data.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the Employee Relations team to manage a complex employee relations workload and ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Act as the line manager for an HR Assistant and HR Advisor.

Qualifications

  • CIPD registration and either a CIPD Level 7 qualification or evidence of equivalent level of relevant experience and study.
  • Significant, in-depth experience of HR, people management and employee relations in an NHS setting.
  • Up-to-date specialist knowledge of employment legislation and best practice across all areas of HR.

Requirements

  • Be able to work within a hybrid arrangement and attend the HR office as required.
  • Experience delivering HR strategy and handling complex employee relations matters.
