Community Staff Nurse - Bromley area (Band 5)

Salary: £35,763 - £43,466 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata.
Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for Community Staff Nurses to join our dynamic, friendly team who are patient focused and thrive on providing quality care.
The role involves highly skilled tasks such as PICC lines/IVs. All community nurses start at Band 5; successful completion of competencies leads to automatic progression to Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse and potential District Nursing qualification. The service also includes specialist nursing services such as Tissue Viability, Bladder and Bowel, Rapid Response and Nursing rehabilitation units.
Applicants must have a current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Proposed starting date: Week commencing 26th January 2026.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
- Implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care.
- Re‑assess and re‑evaluate programmes of care when needed.
- Actively share best practice within the team.
The role requires working shifts of 8.15am – 4.15pm and 10.45am – 6.45pm, and includes weekend work.
