We are seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) Development Manager to support the delivery of neighbourhood-based care in Bromley. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of One Bromley, supporting the development and implementation of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams across two neighbourhoods.
You will play a key role in moving neighbourhood working from design and mobilisation into full operational delivery, supporting the delivery of joined‑up, person‑centred care that improves outcomes, reduces health inequalities and supports population health. Working closely with partners across the NHS, local authority, and the voluntary and community sector, you will help translate national and system priorities into practical, locally delivered solutions.
You will support partnership working and pathway redesign, particularly in areas such as frailty, multiple long‑term conditions and children and young people. We are looking for someone with experience of project management and service development in health and/or social care, who is skilled in partnership working and able to manage complexity and change.
This role works on behalf of One Bromley and is hosted by Bromley Healthcare, a One Bromley partner. We welcome applications from all sections of the community and are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
The postholder will oversee programme delivery, performance, governance and risk, using insight and data to support continuous improvement using project management processes. You will need to be comfortable working in a complex and evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with delivery and engaging confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
