Full‑time role. Experienced podiatrist required to lead wound care in a community setting. The role includes delivering high‑quality foot and ankle care, managing a small team, and collaborating with an MDT.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions with a focus on wound care
- Manage a community‑based caseload, including domiciliary care and remote wound monitoring
- Line‑manage a small team of podiatrists and provide clinical supervision
- Collaborate with MDT partners (diabetes, vascular, nursing) and external services such as KCH and PRUH
- Deliver patient education and promote self‑management and empowerment
- Present case discussions and research at team and MDT meetings
- Maintain best practice, demonstrate Bromley Healthcare values, and support continuous professional development
- HCPC registered podiatrist
- Post‑graduate experience in wound and line management
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills for a range of podiatry interventions
- Experience leading or working within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
