Bromley Court Hotel is the largest and most established hotel in the area and we are proud of our beautiful surroundings, superb food, and talented team that provide personal service to all our guests. We are situated in two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens where customers can enjoy a drink in our Garden bar or dine in our Orangery style restaurant.

Qualifications: You must have experience as a hotel receptionist, preferably with Guestline, and a passion for hospitality.

Shift Details: 5 days per week (flexible rota); choose either early or late shift:

  • Early shift: 07:00 - 15:30
  • Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00

Responsibilities:

  • Check in and out of guests.
  • Assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
  • Handle reservations and check ins efficiently, leveraging hotel experience to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with clerical duties as needed.

Schedule 8.5 hour shift, including a 30 minute unpaid break (8 paid hours). Evening and weekend availability required.
