Responsibilities
- Leading the nursing workforce and supporting professional development.
- Overseeing clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Contributing to organisational strategy and regulatory compliance.
- Championing evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Routine treatment room duties (wound care, cervical cytology, vaccinations, long-term conditions support).
- Health promotion and chronic disease management (diabetes, COPD, hypertension, Heart Failure, Mental Health).
- Supporting QOF and practice wide clinical objectives.
- Delivering high quality, patient centred care.

This post is open to experienced Practice Nurses ready to step into strategic leadership, or Advanced Nurse Practitioners with established leadership experience looking to progress into an organisational-level role. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who enjoys both strategic oversight and direct patient care, and who wishes to contribute to high quality service delivery within a supportive, forward thinking primary care environment.
