The Digital Inclusion Advisor and Trainer will lead the delivery of inclusive digital skills training while coordinating outreach, logistics, and volunteer engagement for the Connected Lives programme. This role combines advisory and training expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills, supporting residents to build digital confidence, improve financial and health literacy, and access online services.

Acting as a key connector, the postholder will liaise with Community Connectors, Digital Champions, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth programme delivery and a positive learner experience.
