Building communities, changing lives. This is an exciting time at Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship LiveWest, as we’re expanding the number of homes we provide. Because of this we’re looking for a neighbourhood coach to join our team. As a Neighbourhood Coach, you’ll be right at the heart of your community — getting to know our customers, helping them settle into their new homes, and supporting them to connect, contribute, and feel proud of where they live.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take responsibility of managing a mix of new homes and existing properties.
- Welcome new customers, manage tenancy sign ups, carry out home visits and provide coaching and guidance.
- Liaise with builders, landscaping teams, management companies, and local authorities to make sure our homes run smoothly and safely.
- Build strong networks across different agencies, partner organisations, and community groups - becoming the go‑to person who makes things happen.
- Manage all tenancy related legal requirements which could include tenancy breaches, serving notices, court work and evictions.
- Help customers manage their tenancies, develop life skills, and resolve challenges with curiosity, empathy, and confidence.
- Bring people together through managing conflict and supporting both new and established residents to build friendly, sustainable communities.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’re curious, confident, and resilient.
- You’ll thrive in a role where every day is different, where change is constant, and where there isn’t always an established process to follow.
- You ideally will have worked in a customer facing role, perhaps within housing, local authority, or social care, giving you the skills to handle complex situations with care and professionalism.
- You’ll also be comfortable and confident juggling competing priorities to meet deadlines.
You’ll need:
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
- Experience of working directly with customers or communities.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A flexible, solution-focused approach.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. The closing date is Sunday 17 May 2026, with interviews to be held Thursday 28 May at our office in Tewkesbury.
