Overview: This role is a neighbourhood coach on Bromford Flagship LiveWest, expanding the number of homes we provide. You’ll be right at the heart of your community—helping customers settle into new homes and supporting them to connect and contribute.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a mix of new homes and existing properties.
- Welcome new customers, manage tenancy sign‑ups, carry out home visits, and provide coaching and guidance.
- Liaise with builders, landscaping teams, management companies, and local authorities to ensure homes run smoothly and safely.
- Build strong networks across agencies, partner organisations, and community groups, becoming the go‑to person who makes things happen.
- Manage all tenancy‑related legal requirements including tenancy breaches, serving notices, court work, and evictions.
- Help customers manage their tenancies, develop life skills, and resolve challenges with curiosity, empathy, and confidence.
- Bring people together by managing conflict and supporting both new and established residents to build friendly, sustainable communities.
Qualifications:
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
- Experience working directly with customers or communities.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- A flexible, solution‑focused approach.
- Enhanced DBS check is required.
